Tournament Registration & Cancellation Policy
A $400 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a team's position in the tournament. The remaining tournament balance must be paid in full by November 1st 2026.
Refund Schedule:

More than 90 days before the tournament: Full refund, including the deposit.

60–90 days before the tournament: The $400 deposit will be retained. Any additional payments received will be refunded.

31–59 days before the tournament: 50% of the total tournament entry fee will be retained. Any remaining balance paid will be refunded.

30 days or less before the tournament: No refunds will be issued.
All withdrawal and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Orangeville Minor Hockey.
If Orangeville Minor Hockey cancels the tournament, registered teams will receive a full refund of all tournament fees paid.
Orangeville Minor Hockey reserves the right to review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
