Team Account Banking Policy

To ensure transparency and proper financial oversight, all team account bank holders must meet the following criteria:

Bank account signing authorities must not be related to one another or reside in the same household.
The Head Coach is not permitted to be a signing authority on the team account.

This policy is in place to maintain accountability, reduce conflicts of interest, and ensure proper financial controls are upheld at all times.
